30-day No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee

At lensalot, we want you to shop with confidence. We offer a 30-day no-questions asked return policy on all NON Made-To-Order, MTO, and UNOPENED products. If you are unhappy for any reason, simply return all products in their original packages and we will exchange the product, or refund all charges (except shipping) at your option.


NOTE:
As we incur a cost of USD $6.00 per box for shipping and handling, this amount will not be refunded.

Please also note that since our margins are so low, if an item has to be re-shipped due to wrong addresses and zip codes input by the customer, or due to the fact that the customer did not pick up the item, the customer is required to pay the additional charge of $6.00 for handling and re-shipping the item.
